Collecting Witchetty Grubs, 2018 - Andrea Pindan SoniaAt Boolga Lake. We get witchetty grubs (lagarndi) in September and October. Two types of tree that you that witchetty grub (Largandi). From river side and around the Wankajunka side we collect them from the white snappy gum tree. We call them Dindgil, the other tree is a wattle tree and we call them Gunbull.
